Processing Time All LOVEDOG pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, LOVEDOG USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation — just reach out and we'll work with you.
