1. Craftsmanship Promise Every piece is handcrafted with care. If there's a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right — full stop.
2. Return Window Typical for premium pet accessories is 14–30 days from delivery for unused/unworn items in original condition.

- Damage from chewing (it's a dog product after all! 😄)

- Sale/clearance items
5. How to Claim Simple process — email you with order number + photo, and we will respond within 14 business days. You only pay for shipping
6. Exchange vs. Refund
Our Promise If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges on unworn, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Because our pieces are small-batch and handcrafted, we encourage exchanges over returns so your pup can find their perfect match. To begin an exchange, email us at [your email] with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Refunds Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We love dogs — but chew damage, wear and tear, and improper sizing are not covered
