Bought myself a sweater just after Xmas time, after receiving the order and having an issue with it. They were awesome to me! Listened to me complaint and took to seriously! Treated me amazing and went way farther than they needed to, to make me happy! Such an amazing company!

I loved everything about my box, it was a great surprise to open on Christmas.
The bandana fits on the collar perfectly (you're doing it wrong if you try to tie it...) and the dogs loved the new squeaky toys.
And the best part of all... I got stuff too! The dog mom shirt is adorable , always a bonus when it doesn't show all the dog hair I accumulate during cuddle sessions, and the candle smells amazing. Unlike toys in my house, we also received an everlasting memory box, that will be cherished beyond my dogs time here with us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for something more meaningful than the average treat and toy box.
